The Marina City Club offers fitness equipment, classes, racquetball courts and pool/spa facilities to fulfill all interests and abilities. You can exercise on your own, with the assistance of a personal trainer, participate in group fitness classes from Spinning to Yoga or purely rejuvenate as our spa…becomes yours!

We offer state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Choose from a variety of treadmills, stationary bikes, ellipticals and stair steppers from well-known brands such as Precor, LifeFitness, Stairmaster and StarTrac. We also have a complete line of weight resistance machines from Cybex and Icarian. There is a separate Free Weight Room with dumbbells and barbells to meet your every health and fitness goal.

With over 30 classes each week you can be sure to experience the right combination of classes to keep your program fresh and exciting. We offer upbeat cardio and dance style classes, muscle conditioning, core classes, group cycle, water exercise (including Burdenko Method), senior fitness, as well as, gentle stretching and various levels of yoga.
We have a diverse selection of certified Personal Trainers for hire. Our trainers have experience working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you are new to fitness, just recovering from an injury or trying to achieve a personal fitness challenge, our trainers can assist you in reaching your goals.
Three outdoor pools and jacuzzi heated year-round for your enjoyment. Swim laps in the four-lane 20 yard lap pool, spend time with your children at the Family Pool or venture into a water exercise class. Umbrellas tables padded lounge chairs and cabanas are available for you to kick back and relax poolside.
To help you unwind, detox and loosen up your muscles after a long day or exercise session. Choose your favorite mode of relaxation: Themen’s and women’s locker rooms are each equipped for you to best experience the benefits of dry sauna, wet steam room and/or a soak in the jacuzzi with jets directed onto those tired achy muscles.
Need a little more focus on those muscles? Then enjoy a 30/60/90 minute Swedish, Deep Tissue or Combination massage at the Waters Edge Spa.
